Before any appeal

Mediation is free, and often required first.

Before most EHCP appeals you must contact a mediation adviser and obtain a mediation certificate, which costs nothing. The mediation meeting itself is also free. Tribunal preparation packages include guidance on the certificate requirement and how to approach the mediation meeting, so you are never paying us for something the process provides free.

Payment is made securely once your booking is confirmed. Full payment is normally required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
